Pacific Division, better known as Pac Div, has been all over countless blogs for for quite some time now. In fact if you’re anything like me I’d be willing to bet that’s initially how you heard about them. So when we came across a tour video from the Southern California trio on one of our favorite blogs that included footage from the UM show a few months back we were obviously hyped and decided to share it with you all. Although Pac Div has been staple in my iPod’s overstuffed “recently added” playlist for some time, it wasn’t until I caught their live performance a few years back in Austin that Pac Div solidified themselves with me as a serious force in Hip Hop. In a industry where some performers seem to let the Kush slow down their gusto a bit, it’s refreshing to see Mibbs, Like, and Be Young sweat it out on stage during every set with the determination to make the whole crowd elevate. Needless to say we’re excited to have them back in the valley this November when they stop by Phoenix opening for Mac Miller on The Blue Slide Park Tour. We hope you are too, but be sure to get your tickets now because they are selling fast.
